Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the Netherlands. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Schedule
Orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays with same-day delivery. Our shipping schedule is as follows:
- Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) are shipped on Monday morning.
- Orders placed on Monday afternoon and Tuesday are shipped on Wednesday morning.
- Orders placed on Wednesday and Thursday are shipped on Friday morning.
To ensure timely delivery, orders must be placed before 11:00 AM on a shipping day to qualify for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be processed on the next available shipping day.
Shipping Rates
We offer a flat shipping rate of €7.50 for all orders up to 23 kg.
Delivery Times
All orders are delivered on the same day they are dispatched. Delivery typically occurs within several hours of dispatch to maintain product freshness.
Perishable Items Handling
Our products are shipped frozen and packaged with ice packs to keep them at the correct temperature during transit. We prioritize the freshness and quality of your purchase, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to the perishable nature of our products and to ensure optimal quality, we do not ship any orders after 11:00 AM on a shipping day. Any orders placed after 11:00 AM will be shipped on the next scheduled shipping day.
Buyer Responsibility for Perishable Deliveries
As our products are perishable, it is essential that someone be available to receive the delivery at the provided address on the expected delivery day. If the buyer is not home or otherwise unavailable, and the package is returned or redirected to a parcel shop, we cannot guarantee the quality of the product upon retrieval. In such cases, the buyer assumes full responsibility for any product spoilage or waste that occurs as a result of missed delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements or refunds in these situations.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Items
If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and offer a replacement or refund for any items that fail to meet our quality standards due to shipping issues.
